There is a current email scam sending out emails pretending to be from the Canada Revenue Agency informing that the taxpayer is entitled to a refund.
Canada Revenue Agency does not communicate by email and does not require you to reply by email for refunds.
If you receive such an email, please delete it and do not open the link
